"Crossover"

Hi,
"Crossover" was one of my first house/techno tracks I heard in the early nineties.
There is a lot of cool vocal samples in that track and one awesome lead sound.
I was always wonder what equipment have you used for that track and do you remeber any funny production or creative story from that period of time.

great memories

Samples are from few old vinyls and a friend MC that did the "its time to the crossover" part..
the song was made with: roland MC500, tr909, MC 202, AKAI S950, ROLAND S770, JUNO, Saber8 mixer, few compressors, lexicon PCM70 reverb.. very simple..

back then I was a production machine! One track a day LOL
