Dear friends,

I need to shield several internal psu ( Ensoniq, Roland, EMS, Moog and so and so) old psu, I can´t stand magnetical radiation since suffering deep EHS with juditial sentence. A guy as me can´t pass 15 nanoteslas while those reach 2000-6000 in most of the cases.

I got shielded from the factory gear as Akai S3200, Waldorf Q, DBX 160 SL, but most of the rest as NordLead 2 got awful unshielded cheapo psu´s.

I have two options: wrapping those internally with mumetal alloy designed for it, but lacking of vents might get huge temperature and alter the already unstable old synths.

Second, extract the psu and put it at 3 meters away, since it leaves at that.

This might be easy in samplers and digital stuff, but doing another psu to leave intact the original inside in very expensive vintage gear also might alter the sound of the synth.

I am very certain that wall installations, cables, local wi-fi hub, phone, weather radars, telecommunication GSM towers and local FM radio repeaters combined together radiate more than 15 nT thru your place anyway, so shielding a power supply while the rest of the house is exposed to order of magnitude higher doses begs the simple question - is it worth it.
