How good is your company with work/life balance?

When I worked for Capital One it was horrid. In fact that is easily the worst company I have ever worked for, a a complete dysfunctional joke. I'm amazed they're still in business.

By contrast where I'm at now is great. Flexible work schedule, etc.

Definitely depends. The main place I work for now is great. I do a lot of freelance work, mostly virtual assistant stuff. The clients range from really relaxed, to super demanding and expecting me to be on my phone 24/7 and willing to drop everything to do work for them.

Mines pretty good. Somewhat flexible schedule, decent benefits and can work from home if I'm not needed at the office. I could go for a little more vacation time, but who couldn't? I'm just happy to do something I can enjoy a little bit and be treated well by the company and coworkers. Amazing how that helps morale and productivity.
