Hi, im looking for mastering engineers that can deliver different genres with different budget projects, i produce and mix some indie artists and some major artists.

Are you an experienced producer? If so, how have you been mastering your projects up to now? What problems have you had with your previous mastering? What are you expecting to pay per song or per project for mastering? Your post may be taken as saying that you expect to pay different prices for “budget” projects. Is that what you mean?
This guy is a repeat requester that gets the "demo" track done then never follows up.
He's been on here off and on for years going back to at least 2013. Can't say he's serious other than wanting to get free work done.
