But Lady Gaga has chops. At least as much as Eddie did if not more.
But there are degrees to everything. And my comment about 10-year-olds, yes, there are 10-year-olds who possess piano skills that neither EVH or LG would ever achieve in their lifetimes, because otherwise it would have shown, and it didn't. There've been many prodigies throughout history.
Warren Bernhardt, the esteemed session musician who's also played in bands of various genres (Paul Simon, Steely Dan, Steps Ahead, etc) was a child prodigy. His father was associated with the top classical musicians of his day, and played for them as a child. He gravitated to jazz, and on to session work. He would be a musician's musician, someone who could sight-read anything, play any style perfectly, and play Rachmaninoff at a local recital in his Hudson Valley locale. He befriended Bill Evans. They were of similar age, though they had sort of a mentor relationship, not that Bill was a teacher per se to him, but how highly Warren thought of Bill as a pianist.
