I think what you say here proves that the anti-AI crowd are/were wrong in their doomsday-predictions
It's like pizza in the food-domain; it tastes great, but it hasn't eradicated all other food.
A year down the line I think it's safe to say that AI-music has turned out to be just another color on the palette, and not the 'destroyer of worlds'.
Just like the drum-machine didn't eradicate human drummers, and like the synthesizer didn't eradicate 'real' instruments.
I don't know what happened to the law-suit Sony and Warner made against Suno and Udio, but I think it's safe to say it should be with-drawn as it's clear neither Sony nor Warner has suffered because of AI (As far as I'm aware they're still in business and still making millions)
I also haven't heard of any 'big' artist that's been bankrupted by AI (Selena Gomez' recent music-videos on Youtube have millions of views, just like her videos before AI also had)
So all the fear-mongering turned out to be unhinged and AI-music no more damaging than a storm in a glass of water, as clearly this past year has shown that we're perfectly able to co-exist with AI without the music-world crumbling to irreparable pieces
Just like all the other music-technology, development and changes, that has seen the light of day in the last 100 years, has only led to the scope of music expanding into more variation and choice, AI-music has proven to be exactly the same; just one more entry on the menu of choice.
Nothing has been removed, nothing has gone away, people still make music like they always did.
So ultimately AI didn't take away anything, but just gave us a new option to explore along all the other options we had and still have
And I don't even think this result is surprising, as music is so much more a fundamental part of being alive than those who are afraid of AI seem to realize.
Humans have made music since forever, and they probably will for as long as they exist.
So perhaps we can now finally take another step and get past the, in my opinion, nonsensical debate about AI-music being dangerous

(Not that that debate is still raging in this thread, but on places such as reddit it's still going, and people there are sadly still as hateful as ever)
