However… (and this is not really a Thomann thing) I used DHL for shipping on my current order (RME Babyface). They delivered it today, and when I went to pick up the package left at my doorstep, it was not there. It turns out that it was left at an incorrect address. The proof of delivery showed a picture with the package, and it was not my residence. After much trouble trying to talk to someone from DHL, I found a DHL express location, and they said that the driver will retrieve it and try to deliver it tomorrow. Not sure how this is going to pan out, but not impressed with DHL at all. Don’t have a good feeling about this one…
Guh that sucks. I reroute all packages to a pickup location. FedEx and DHL are free. UPS charges $6. Idk why thomann doesn’t require a signature. There’s not much else you can do to protect from shipper errors. Good luck.
