Have you compared the two? Not sure that increasing the input impedance even higher will have any significant effect on the mic. Someone in this forum did a comparison with a variable input impedance cloudlifter and said he found the sweet spot to be around 3 k ohms which is already more than 10 times the typical ribbons output impedance. I'm not saying this is fact, just that I would like to hear a comparison.
For now, the Gordon is above my budget anyway (I would need a stereo pair), but seems to be a really interesting concept.
