I'd start by removing that Phillips screw next to the XLR catch, and then very gently slide the XLR insert out of the barrel. Be very careful that it doesn't come apart too far and rip the wires inside.
The screw looks like it would have conventional threads, but in case it's Switchcraft-style, try turning it clockwise too. It may go farther inside to allow you to remove the insert.

Thank you a lot! I alrdy tried removing the screw and got the XLR catch out. Seemed like It didnβt help getting the snake plug out from the front tho.
