Building a Perforated Panel: How Precise Do I Need to Be?
Hello everyone, I'm building a perforated panel to solve some issues in my room, but I have a question about the construction: It was calculated that the holes should be 10 cm apart from the center of each hole. How much can I deviate? Is it necessary to be extremely precise? I'm trying to do it to the millimeter with a ruler, and itβs quite stressful. Iβve already completed one, and it took me 2 days to finish the whole grid and then drill the panel. It would be great to just take a strip of wood the length of the panel, mark it with a pencil from one end to the other, and get it done in 20 minutes, but I'm not sure what the tolerance level is for the distance between each hole.
